We desperately need to place a cap on the rising prices of rent. However, we not only need viable programs for tenants but we also need programs to help Mom & Pop Landlords that are making their properties available but they can’t afford to pay their mortgages either. We need to create a “win-win” scenario. The price to live in Denver is negatively impacting everyone, so we need to create financial incentives to help everyone survive this housing crisis.
